Paracosms Versus Wonderlands, the difference and a note about validity
Hello everyone, it's Kayla again. Today, I'm going to discuss with you the differences between paracosms and wonderlands, and go through a note the system would like readers to look at regarding validity. It's a short post today, since some of this is material we've been over previously. We'll first start by defining the two terms again for those who didn't read yesterday's post regarding inner multiverse terminology.
A paracosm is an invented world. That wooded area you may have visited with your imaginary friends as a child, where you may have played games of hide and seek among the trees? That's a paracosm. You invented it and developed it over time.
A wonderland or inner world is a space in the imagination where you and your system mates spend time. All wonderlands are paracosms, as you or your system invented them, but not all paracosms are wonderlands, as you and your system may not regularly spend time in all of them. Some paracosms may be around as plotlines, others may be around because you briefly considered them in passing. However, no matter whether it's a paracosm, an inner world, a wonderland, or any other world, it is still a plane of existence. Encounters on it are just as real to you and those who participated as experiences on Earth.
However, it is necessary, and very important, that you keep in mind the separation between your paraverse(s) and what goes on on physical Earth. Your system mates, if you have them, cannot come forward and effect the physical plane without switching into your body and changing things that way. Through your body, system mates do not have super powers. They may on the planes of existence from which they came, but they do not on Earth. This, however, will be covered in a different post.
That's it for today. As always, any questions or comments, direct them to @cadence022 on twitter, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
